RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

Please print out and complete the return request form and send with garments to spa&salon, PO Box 560, Surry Hills, Sydney NSW (Australia)

 

Garments should be unworn and returned within 14 days of purchasing

Any garments that have been altered, embroidered or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

A delivery charge will be made for goods to be exchanged

Please obtain a certificate of proof of postage when returning garments

EMBROIDERY
 

Spa&salon offer an embroidery service for customers that would like to personalize their goods.

Please email a j-peg of your logo or design to charlotte@spaandsalon.com.au for a quote.

We will advise you of the one-off set up fee for embroidery once we have received your image. This will be kept on file for use on future orders.

Payment must be taken prior to an embroidery sample being made.

All embroidery samples must be signed for approved making prior to production of your garments.
